4x Main Pay Scale Teachers or NQTs Required for September 2017

One post is available in EYFS, KS1, LKS2 and UKS2 (one in each Key Stage)

We are a thriving and successful one and a half form entry Roman Catholic Primary school in Paddington that was graded good by Ofsted in March 2013.

The governors are seeking to appoint four NQTs or Main Pay Teachers across EYFS, KS1, LKS2 and UKS2 (MPS or NQTs encouraged to apply). The candidates will have had very successful experience of ITT. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious practitioners who have a proven record of successful teaching practices in a range of settings; including experience of working with pupils with SEN, EAL and pupils who come from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate appointed to KS1 will work as a partner teacher; where we currently have an innovative two teacher system – a particular supporting start for any NQT who will work directly with an experienced colleague. Other teachers appointed to EYFS and KS2 will work as an individual class teacher. All candidates are expected to teach to the required teaching standards. If appointed, NQTs will receive full training available via the Triborough training programme during their probationary year. MPS teachers may be offered additional responsibilities that may include TLRs for subject leadership.

We can offer:

 An excellent training support programme through the Westminster NQT CPD programme

 An organised and well-resourced school

 An ethos of respect and caring – which is evident in the everyday life of the school

 Very hard working and committed colleagues

 Pupils who are well behaved and eager to learn

 A positive and committed governing body, staff and community

 Supportive parents who want to work in partnership

Applications are warmly welcomed from candidates exiting ITT courses resulting in QTS. Application packs are available via email to: sbritton@ourladydolours.co.uk and by visiting the school website at www.ourladydolours.co.uk in the vacancies section. Visits to the school can be arranged by contacting Sharlene Britton or Dawn Robinson on 020 7 641 4326 or by email.

We have a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidates will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau).
