Job overview

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a school in West Derby for a teacher who is willing to cover a few classes ranging from year 1 to year 5 on a three day per week basis. The school currently need someone to cover both management time and planning time for some of its classes during the first part of the academic year. The role is on a temporary supply basis, so which days it is each week could vary, making it ideal for someone with another job or simply looking for something less demanding than a full time role.

This school encourages its entire staff to utilise its resources including access to a staff car park and teaching aids that they have on site, including a large intranet with resources to assist in lessons. The senior leadership team have explicitly said that they will be on hand to assist the new staff member if they require any help getting adjusted into their new school environment. The school is located in a good location for anyone with easy access to the a38 making it a good commute for those within Derby as well as those further afield.
