This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of Primary Teaching and Learning Coordinator at Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh. This position plays a key role in the continued growth and success of our school as we establish ourselves on our purpose-built campus in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh (RGSPP) is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Primary Teaching and Learning Coordinator to oversee and enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the primary phase. This role is accountable to the Assistant Head Teaching and Learning (Senior School) and is responsible for supporting, mentoring, and guiding teachers and Heads of Departments in the primary school to drive excellence in education.
The successful candidate will lead the professional development of primary school teachers, ensuring the implementation of best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and curriculum delivery. They will work closely with teachers to enhance classroom instruction, student engagement, and differentiated learning strategies. Additionally, they will support cross-curricular initiatives and the integration of innovative teaching methods.
As a valued member of the academic leadership team, the postholder will contribute to the academic, pastoral, and co-curricular life of the school, ensuring that high-quality teaching and learning are at the core of RGSPP’s primary education.

Qualifications & Experience
• A degree in Education or a related field, with a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., QTS).
• Experience leading or coordinating teaching and learning in a primary setting.
• A strong understanding of primary education frameworks, curriculum design, and best teaching practices.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teachers, providing feedback, and leading professional development.
• Familiarity with the British curriculum (EYFS, Key Stage 1 and 2) and international best practices.
• Experience implementing whole-school teaching initiatives and quality assurance processes.
