ICS London is an independent, IB Continuum and IB World School, with 40 years’ history, providing an international IB education to students aged 3 - 18 (Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes). We are recruiting a full-time Primary Years Programme Coordinator to join our Primary School community on a permanent basis from August 2026.


The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS

Hold a Degree level qualifications in relevant subject area

Have five years teaching experience (post qualified teacher status) employing learner centred classroom strategies in PYP environment

In depth knowledge of the IB and its Primary, Middle and Diploma programmes

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to set a high standard of leadership in and out of the classroom

High level of communication, teaching and presentation skills

Strong IT skills

Ability to motivate, and inspire colleagues

Ability to lead and/or facilitate in-house training 

Be able to develop, plan, lead and deliver high-quality learning experiences to Primary aged students

Ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning
