CANTON GLOBAL ACADEMY [CGA] is a new school in Guangzhou opened on 01 September 2017 and operating the UK National Curriculum. It is part of the Canadian International Educational Organisation. Currently it has recruited students from Nursery (aged 3 years) to Year 6 (aged 11 years) and the school is growing quickly.
Required for January (or sooner)
Fully qualified and experienced Primary Years teachers.
Preference will be given to applicants who have knowledge of and experience in teaching the UK National Curriculum Primary programme and to those who may have specialist qualifications for example in Art, Music or IT.

ABOUT US
Britannia International School (BIS) is a member school of the Canadian International Educational Organisation. (CIEO).
BIS is a non-profit, co-educational international school in Guangzhou China which offers the Cambridge International Curriculum. It has an Early Years Section for children aged 3 – 5 years old, a Primary Section catering for Years 1 – 6 inclusive i.e. 5 to 11 year olds, and Middle School Section for Year 7-9 students, i.e. 11 to 14 year olds.
From age 11 upwards, we offer the Cambridge International Board General Certificate of Secondary Education Examinations (Cambridge International IGCSEs) to year 11 students, i.e.16 year olds.
It is anticipated in future years to be offering Cambridge University Board Advanced Level Examinations.
BIS is located on Jinshazhou Island [Gam Saa Zau] in the Baiyun District. The school campus has fitted-out classroom space which currently includes a Music and Dance facility, a Library and Information Centre, an Art room, a Makerspace /idea lab, laboratory facilities, a football pitch and playing areas.
