Job overview
An exciting opportunity is available to work for Cambridge Regional College as a Princes Trust Team Leader to deliver the Cambridge Team Programme.
You will deliver 3 Prince’s Trust Team Programmes a year to a recruited groups of learners, supporting them both academically and with their personal development.
You will recruit students to the Team programme, liaising with referral and support agencies to ensure a smooth transition of students through the programme.
You will participate in training, development courses and industrial updating opportunities in order to keep up to date with the expertise and skills necessary to help deliver the team programme.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience of working with young people who face multiple barriers (such as behavioural problems, NEETs, mental health issues, homelessness, history of drug abuse etc). Experience of multi-agency working is also desirable.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time.
