About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic team leader within the Princess Trust team program at Worsley. You will have high levels of experience in working with young people and dealing with a range of external stakeholders to ensure the progress and welfare of students. You should have the ability to plan and implement a range of strategies to engage students and be able to measure progress over a sustained period of time. You should be passionate about working with young people, be approachable and lead the team by example. You will be responsible for leading on a range of initiatives including: recruitment of students, planning community projects and delivery of a 2-week work experience model for all students. It will also be important to have a strong understanding of the challenges young people are facing and be proactive in plotting their success.
The role will also need to accommodate a 3 day residential in the Lake district and you should be able to commit to this over 3 separate teams during the year.
