We are seeking an exceptional, inspirational and talented individual with a sound knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by the FE sector and the drive to take the college forward. You will have high ambitions for yourself, the college and most importantly the learners. You will relish the challenge of developing a compelling vision for Boston College and working with a team of committed governors and staff on its delivery.

About Boston College 

For over 30 years, Boston College has been providing high quality further education and training to local students over the age of 16 yrs. During the last ten years, it has expanded this provision to reach students from over 20 countries around the world, and to provide courses up to degree level. More recently, the Pathfinder scheme has enabled 14-16 year olds to come to College to experience vocational courses. Our success in other areas has also been recognised recently with the granting of Centre of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) status for the Early Years department.
