Northampton College is seeking a new Principal and CEO to build upon our existing successes, to drive outstanding quality, diversify our income, enable mutually beneficial collaborations and partnerships, and position us as an anchor institution for both our internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly experienced educational senior leader with extensive experience as a current Principal or Deputy Principal with a strong background in the Further Education sector and curriculum; your experience to date will most likely have been gained in an organisation of similar scale and complexity.

Northampton College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college situated in Northamptonshire. It is a 16-plus institution with three campuses: a major building at its main Northampton site, a smaller campus near the town centre and another 20 miles away in Daventry. It provides places for around 9,000 students aged 16 and over, most of whom are full-time and aged 16-18.
Northampton College was opened in 1973. It merged with Daventry Tertiary College to expand its Daventry campus in August 2004, and its Booth Lane campus reopened after a large redevelopment in 2012.
