About Wye School
Wye School has a vision of excellence, a vision shared by all staff and pupils. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2018, the school is dedicated to ensuring each student gains the knowledge, confidence and skills to make a success of their future lives. The school currently caters for Years 7 -12 pupils and will complete sixth form growth in September 2019, growing to a roll of 600, housed in our new permanent building which has individually designed learning spaces offering an outstanding environment for staff and pupils. The first GCSE results in 2018 were above average for Progress 8 and above national average Attainment 8.
Located within close proximity of the village centre, it is at the very heart of the local community and has the potential to grow into a truly exceptional school. Wye is perfectly located to enjoy the Kent countryside, whilst still being within an hour of London thanks to HS1.
