Job overview
Are you an accomplished leader, driven by a commitment to excellence and with an unwavering resilience to ensure that every pupil receives the best education available?
Parkfield Primary School is looking for their next Principal. We are seeking an individual who has the energy and determination to lead a vibrant school community. The Elliot Foundation knows that the role requires a leader with resilience who can navigate the challenges with resolve, empathy and a sense of humour!
Parkfield is a diverse community with 92% of our student body speaking English as an additional language. The next Principal will be guiding a school which is committed to embracing multiculturalism and empowering every voice to resonate with brilliance.
With 25% of our pupils eligible for Pupil Premium (PP) support and 17% identified as possessing Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), you will lead initiatives ensuring that each child receives bespoke support to achieve their potential.
If you stand prepared to lead with vision, compassion, and an unyielding dedication – if you possess the fortitude to confront the rigours of education with grace and resilience – Parkfield Primary School warmly invites you to make an application.

About Parkfield Primary School
"Parkfield is a 2 form entry Primary School in North West London with 450 children on roll. We especially love our large nursery which is an excellent learning environment for our 2 and 3 year olds. Between them our staff and pupils can speak around 60 languages and we celebrate our diverse cultural backgrounds. Our approach to the curriculum is creative and emphasises cross curricular links and exciting and memorable experiences, encouraging children to take risks and explore. We are fortunate to work in a modern building with some great learning spaces, including a very large and beautiful library. We also have considerable outside space and move the learning out there whenever possible. The Northern Line, West Hendon overground, Brent Cross Shopping Centre and the Welsh Harp reservoir are all in easy walking distance from school so we use the local area and travel in to London with the children as often as possible. We are proud to be a part of the Elliot Foundation Academies Trust. This gives us access to a rich programme of professional development, support from a team committed to improving outcomes for disadvantaged children and opportunities to work with schools in London, the Midlands and East Anglia. For more information about our curriculum, our values and why Parkfield is such a special community, please visit our website www.parkfieldschool.com"
