This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and inspirational leader within secondary education to lead the way in establishing a new style of secondary school in North London. The first of its kind in the country, this will be chance for an ambitious educationalist to form and grow a secondary school based on an ethos and values that are embedded in the local community.
The new principal will be expected to develop a new style of curriculum underpinned by the Saracens values of discipline, honesty, hard work and humility, and to create a distinctive culture and philosophy so that from the moment a person enters the building they will know this is a school where the learner is empowered to “be the best that they can possibly be”; where the individual abilities of each pupil are recognised; and where coaching for life skills as well as academic excellence is at the core of all that the school does.
