We are seeking a Principal to lead our all-age academy who is highly ambitious for students, a strategic thinker, committed to raising standards and with significant proven experience of their impact on students’ progress and school transformation. We need a high-performing leader with the energy and passion to change lives, and the ability to make what others may deem impossible a reality. This is an extremely exciting time for the Academy as it expands its Sixth Form provision, and, in September 2018, opens state-of-the-art new buildings for the primary phase, on the site of the secondary phase, contributing to the genuine all-age opportunities our students and staff benefit from.

About Merchants' Academy
Merchants' Academy, part of the Merchants' Academy Trust, is an all-age mainstream school for students from Nursery through to Sixth Form which opened in 2008 as an 11-18 Academy and became an all-age school with the addition of the Nursery and Primary in September 2012. The Academy is co-sponsored by the Society of Merchant Venturers and the University of Bristol. Merchants' Academy lies at the heart of the community and is a happy, vibrant and exciting place to learn and work.
