Due to the retirement of our Principal, the Board of Directors for The Romero Catholic Academy are seeking to appoint a new Principal to lead this successful one form entry primary school located in the heart of Coventry. St Gregory’s is a smaller than average sized primary school within the catchment area of St John Fisher Parish.

“The school works continuously for improvement in Spiritual, moral and vocational development which is now outstanding” s48 Inspection November 2015

The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic and a qualified teacher who will:

• Be passionate in giving our diverse intake of children the opportunity to reach their God given potential to live out the Mission of the academy’ Learning and Growing in the Service of God’.
• Be able to build positive relationships with parents / guardians, staff and the wider community.
• Have a clear vision on how the school should be led and managed with a proactive approach as to how this will be achieved.
• Possess the determination and resilience to sustain the progress of the school and have the vision and drive to further promote the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Have a positive approach to continuous professional development for all staff.
• Share best teaching practice principles not only with the school, but within the Romero Catholic Academy.
