The Local Governing Body of Gossops Green Primary School and the Board of Directors of The Collegiate Trust are looking to make an appointment of Principal.
The successful candidate will join a new and growing multi-academy trust, and lead a flourishing and exciting large primary school in Crawley. The new Principal will be supported by a committed and very engaged LGB, as well as by our highly experienced CEO; s/he will work collaboratively with other Principals and colleagues in the Trust. We are looking to appoint an individual with an excellent understanding of teaching and learning across the primary phases, someone who can ensure our staff continue to make the difference to the lives of our pupils by inspiring all of the people within our communities.
We are very keen to meet potential candidates and have set two opportunities for you to visit the school and discuss the position with the CEO, Gordon Smith, as well as tour the school with the current Headteacher, Dawn Martin; details of these are in the attached Information for Applicants.
