Principal Delivery Lead (Secondary) 

Location: Based at Ark Schools’ London head office Holborn, central London. Moving to Shepherds Bush, West London in January 2020. Some travel between schools across UK

Salary details: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum depending on experience + plus career average pension scheme + other benefits

Vacancy type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

The Principal Delivery Lead (Secondary) will work as part of the Programme Delivery Management team to develop the successful implementation of the Mathematics Mastery programme.  

The role holder will:

  • Be responsible for the successful implementation for the Mathematics Mastery programme. 
  • Support school recruitment in your regional area and school group.
  • Manage external relationships with school leaders


About you:

  • Experience of leadership or programme development in a mathematics or education-related organisation.
  • Highly effective and confident practitioner and leader.
  • At least five years teaching experience across at least two key stages. 
  • Track record of providing professional development to teachers, including coaching, mentoring and training. 
  • Qualified to teach in the UK and qualified to degree level.
