The governors of Littletown Primary Academy and Nursery, wish to appoint an inspirational and nurturing leader. We are looking for an individual dedicated to continuing to drive the school forward whilst maintaining the caring culture which is at the heart of the school.

They will be:

• an exceptional practitioner, able to innovate and improve learning experiences and educational standards;
• passionate about making a difference for every child;
• able to articulate the vision for the school and inspire and motivate both staff and pupils to work for it;
• able to develop and maintain excellent relationships between staff, pupils, governors, parents and the wider community.
