Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
2. Certification as a school principal or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

1. Proven track record as a principal in several educational institutions, preferably with a focus on IB and Cambridge curricula. Experience in leading a bilingual school is an advantage.
2. Demonstrated success in leading and managing an educational institution, including staff, students, and resources.
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge International Education programs.
4. Experience in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation within IB and Cambridge frameworks.
5. Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards relevant to IB and Cambridge schools.

2. Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
