Wellspring Academy Trust seeks to appoint a dynamic and successful school leader to its growing team in Lincolnshire and its Eastern region.

The successful candidate will be a proven effective leader who is determined to make a positive difference to the lives and life chances of the young people in their care.

Working alongside the Trust team in the region, you will make your own distinctive contribution to our Trust by strengthening an Academy new to the Trust and by building capacity at all levels.
