Job overview
Harbour Learning Trust consists of 2 secondary academies, 7 primary academies and a SCITT.
The Principal will have responsibility for the leadership and performance of Lincoln Castle Academy within the Trust ensuring that the leadership team receive an appropriate balance of challenge, support and professional development in order to either maintain or secure outstanding education outcomes for all students. The role will be predominantly based at Lincoln Castle Academy.
The new Principal will have:
- A proven track record of effective leadership, strategic planning and clearly evidenced achievements in transforming educational provision in at least one secondary school
- The creativity and innovation to inspire and lead change and the sharp focus to ensure successful outcomes are reached
- A strong belief in the power of education to transform lives
- The ability to lead curriculum development and teaching and learning to ensure all learners succeed
- Highly effective communication skills that will inspire, motivate and lead all key stakeholders
