This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Astrea Academy Trust as the Principal of our Longsands Academy, a fully inclusive secondary school at the heart of its community. The Principal is accountable to the Deputy Director of Education, Cambridgeshire for ensuring the educational success of their academy within the framework of their individual academies’ strategic plans. They will provide professional leadership and management of their individual academy and must establish a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all pupils, whilst contributing to the success of all students within the Astrea family.
