Our existing Principal is leaving to commence a promoted post at the end of this academic year. We are now looking for an inspirational and visionary Principal to build on our strengths and lead us onwards to become exceptional in all we do. 

You must be ambitious and able to:

  • Have the ability to inspire, motivate and empower teams and individuals to achieve
  • Be a dynamic and innovative leader with a forward thinking and committed approach

  • Be ready to work with parents and other stakeholders to build the school’s standing within the local community
  • Have a successful track record at either Head, Deputy or Assistant Head level

In recent years enormous strides have been made to improve progress and attainment and we are very proud that Charles Warren Academy is in the top 1% of all schools for progress and attainment at KS1. Our dedicated teachers and leaders continue to develop a curriculum that inspires and prepares our pupils for their future.

Our Specialism and Awards

We are delighted to have won two National awards from SSAT for progress and Closing the Gap 2015.
