We are looking for an exceptional leader that can inspire and has the flair to bring to life fun, creativity and achievement for the children and community at Preston Hedge’s Primary School. Working alongside our experienced Executive Team you will join a strong and talented team at the Preston Hedge’s Academy Trust.

Your Opportunity:

  • Lead a committed, ambitious and high energy team
  • Work alongside an Executive Leadership Team made up of educational experts

We are looking for

  • Previous leadership experience in a Headteacher role or as a Deputy Head
  • Someone able to inspire and engage pupils, staff, governors and the community of Preston Hedge’s to their vision
  • The capability to create an outstanding learning environment through the implementation of a shared vision
  • A clear understanding of Outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practice
  • A dynamic self-starter able to work collaboratively with the Executive team
