Prince William School is a secondary school, years 7-13, located in the attractive market town of Oundle in Northamptonshire. At Prince William we have high expectations of all our students. EMLC Academy Trust is looking for a Principal who will:
- have a clear vision and be determined to build and achieve excellence
- inspire and motivate children and staff, ensuring all are valued and supported to be the best they can be
- be passionate about making a difference for every child
- be an outstanding leader, who is able to articulate the vision for the academy and who will inspire and empower others to work to it
- maintain and develop excellent relationships between the staff, governors, parents, pupils and the wider community
- work closely with the Trust and its other academies.

The careers provision at Prince Williams School is exceptional; it is tailored to each individual student with a one-to-one meeting with our dedicated career adviser in Key Stage 3 and in Key Stage 4. The RSE curriculum allows our students to express their thoughts on a range of challenging topics and encourages them to develop their oracy and articulation skills to become confident in expressing themselves verbally.
