Job overview

A new campus of an international secondary school is being established in Moscow, RF, and it is looking for a School PRINCIPAL who is able to provide leadership in moving from a start-up to successfully operational school in a challenging environment of a cosmopolitan city of Moscow.

The successful candidate will be a well-qualified and highly experienced international school leader, preferably with previous experience of starting-up a new school abroad. The core responsibilities include day-to-day school running, student enrollment, staff recruitment and supervision, guiding the process of obtaining COBIS and IB programme accreditation by the school.

The successful applicant should have an entrepreneurial vein and be well aware of school marketing and promotion.  He/she will be able to articulate, communicate and inspire school staff towards achieving a common vision and will be able to demonstrate previous success in driving and implementing change.

As a strategic leader and a highly effective manager of resources, the successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, energy and commitment, as well as sensitivity and respect for local culture.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

  • Salary USD 60,000 – 70,000- NET per year
  • Accommodation provided (a fully furnished flat within walking distance from the school)
  • Health insurance provided
  • Holidays are paid according to the school schedule
  • Work permit and visa support
