The Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST) is seeking to appoint a Principal Schools Adviser for September 2017 to support its growing family of schools.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a track record in school improvement, probably at head teacher/senior leadership level combined with recent advisory experience.
Working closely as part of a small team based in modern offices near Oxford, the successful candidate will:
- support and challenge the development of ODST schools to ensure they are always providers of high quality education;
- play a leading role in the effectiveness of ODST operations;
- participate in the formulation and delivery of ODST education policy and values;
- build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
We will offer you the opportunity to play a leading role in one of the largest Diocesan Multi-Academy Trusts in the country, with 23 member schools across Oxfordshire and Berkshire, and exciting plans for growth.
Salary range: in the region of 60-65K (FTE) according to experience. This is a full-time position but also open to candidates seeking a secondment opportunity.
