The Governors of Knowle C of E Primary Academy are seeking to appoint an ambitious and successful leader to the role of Principal. We are looking for an inspirational individual who will lead the Academy into its next season.

The successful candidate will be someone who: -

• Is a motivated and passionate senior leader with significant experience looking for an opportunity to create and realise their vision of an outstanding Church of England primary academy.
• Is an inspirational and effective leader able to work with staff, governors and parents to create a culture of excellence for all our pupils.
• Is committed to ensuring pupils are secondary ready.
• Is an effective communicator who is able to inspire, develop and drive forward a shared strategic vision for the school.
