We welcome applications from exceptional leaders with proven experience as a Principal or Head of School within a high-performing British or international school setting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving all-through school educating over 900 students from more than 57 nationalities, from Early Years to Sixth Form.

The successful candidate will provide outstanding strategic and operational leadership for the school, leading a highly capable Senior Management Team. They will inspire and support staff, promote a culture of excellence and ensure the continued development of outstanding teaching, learning, pastoral care, arts, sports, and co-curricular programmes across the school.

The Principal will also manage key leaders within the administrative functions of the school, including Finance & Operations, HR, Admissions, Marketing & Communications and IT Systems, ensuring coherence across all areas of school life.

Fluency in English and a high level of spoken and written Spanish are essential. The successful candidate must be able to operate confidently in Spanish with local authorities and external agencies and fulfil the role of Strategic Designated Safeguarding Lead.
