Stafford International School, Sri Lanka are seeking to appoint a new Principal from August 2020 with the retirement of its current Principal. The Principal will report directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for all academic and non-academic aspects of the school including promotion, compliance, human resource management, health and safety, security, school events, building management and management of budgets.
We are keen to hear from experienced and successful school leaders seeking a new challenge. Ideal candidates will:
- Have a track record of raising teaching and learning standards
- Have previous experience of delivering a UK style curriculum (essential)
- Have experience working in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural setting (essential)
- Have international school experience (desirable)
The initial contract will be for three years, renewable by mutual agreement. A competitive compensation package based on experience including housing allowance, medical insurance, relocation allowance and annual flight tickets will be offered to the successful candidate. This can be discussed further at the interview.
