About the job:
The purpose of the role is to develop and sustain exceptional educational provision which will transform the future life opportunities of all pupils at Ormiston Sudbury Academy. This role reports into an established regional director who will provide support, challenge and guidance. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with principals across the regional and whole trust networks to secure the very best outcomes for the students they serve. About you:
You are an exceptional leader with a proven track record and experience of senior management as a principal, vice principal or similar. Naturally, you will be supportive of the aims of OAT and believe in our values, vision and mission.
