Delta Academies Trust is a very high performing multi-academy trust based in the north of England, across the Yorkshire and The Humber area. It currently comprises 53 schools, 34 of which are primary, 1 all through school, 2 alternative provision and 16 secondary schools.  

This role will be based within one of our regions which includes Wakefield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Kirklees and Leeds. 

The Trust vision is to change educational outcomes in the North and it has a philosophy of working in professional friendship with other academy trusts and local authorities. To this end, Delta is one of the founding partners of The Education Exchange, which is currently working with over 900 schools across the North of England.  

Delta works in partnership with a number of friends with similar ambitions for improving and lifting communities from educational poverty across the Yorkshire and Humber region. The Trust is a double Teaching School Hub for Barnsley & Doncaster and Wakefield & Selby, leads the Science Partnership for South Yorkshire and East Riding and has recently been awarded ITT Provider status for the 2024 intake.
