Principal

Lambourn Church of England Primary School is looking for a new Principal.  As a school we have been through a journey of robust school improvement.  We provide our children with the skills, understanding and engagement in learning that our children need to become fulfilled young people of the future.  We are excited about the progress we have achieved in the academic, pastoral and emotional well-being of the school and its community. 

We are looking for someone who can lead our team of skilful, dedicated practitioners in order to continue this work and capitalise on our success.   Our current position, and future, is exciting.

Our multi-academy trust is built on a culture which is caring, aspirational and outward looking for all pupils and staff.  We work together to achieve excellence.  We have strong links with the community.  Staff, governors, the trust, the church and parents are fully engaged and actively involved with the work of the school.  As a church school we enjoy supportive relationships with the church, the diocese and the local community.  Christian love is the foundation of all our work both within school and within our community. 

Set in the glorious landscape of the West Berkshire village of Lambourn, our pupils enjoy a rich range of resources, including large spacious classrooms, additional rooms, extensive grounds, many sports and outdoor learning facilities, and our own swimming pool.
