He/she must be a strategic thinker, able to manage all aspects of the school’s NMSS provision, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and above all be passionate about realising children’s potential, maintaining our ethos of a safe caring and happy community. The ability to demonstrate working collaboratively and positively with students, staff, parents/carers, governors, and the wider community is essential.
