About the role
The Fashion Retail Academy are currently in a new phase of growth and we have an opportunity for a proactive and positive Programme Administration Manager to oversee the effective, efficient and impactful administrative operations of the curriculum department.
A summary of what’s involved:
- Manage a high-quality administration offering relating to the Further Education and Higher Education Programmes at The FRA
- Coach, train and provide supportive management to a small team of Programme Administration Coordinators and Administrators.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing high quality reporting and accurate information to assist stakeholders in making key business decisions.
About you
- You’re a customer centric individual with an excellent eye for detail.
- Possess strong organisation and excellent communication skills.
- You hold previous experience of delivering a thriving administration or customer service programme that meets demands of both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have an empathetic and supportive approach to managing a small team
- You have a working knowledge of best practice in academic administration processes/policies.
- You can demonstrate strong IT skills and a practical understanding of GDPR.
