Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Faculty of Business, Tourism and Adventure and Programme Lead our new Level 3 in Tourism Management (NCFE L3 Travel and Tourism). Exeter College is seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated lecturer to teach across a range of Travel & Tourism programmes and work within a forward-thinking team at the start of an exciting journey.
Successful applicants must be committed to teaching and learning in Tourism, Geography or Business-related areas and relevant industry experience is desirable but not essential. You will deliver predominantly units on the Level 3 NCFE in Travel & Tourism with potential for input on additional vocational programmes depending on previous experience.
With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you will be expected to undertake teaching and tutoring roles, promote courses and contribute to the development of Travel and Tourism within the faculty. You will also have good problem-solving skills, excellent communication and be an effective team player.
