Job overview

We are seeking a Programme Tutor for our Engineering Apprentices. Full training is provided and we actively encourage applications from individuals currently working in the engineering industry.

As a programme tutor your role will include visiting learners on site and guiding them through their apprenticeship and supporting their learning. The primary function of the Programme Tutor role is to support our apprenticeship students to achieve their full potential. Using your communication skills, you will connect and build a rapport with students and provide guidance and support on how they can improve their performance and work and maximise their potential.

This is a field-based role across the East of England, so possession of a full driving license is essential.
