If you have a love for learning and would like to pass that love on, this could be the position for you.
We are looking for Progress and Achievement Coaches (PACs) preferably to work from 9am to 3pm, (though this could be flexible) to complement the professional work of teachers by supporting a wide range of lessons. We would consider a job share role for the right people.
Our team of PACs is extremely important in providing support in lessons. Candidates should have a strong desire to help students achieve their personal goals and aspirations. We would expect our PACs to encourage learners to interact and work with others and engage all learners in activities.
GCSE English and Maths are essential together with enthusiasm and the ability to work well within a team.
