This position has become available following the promotion of the current post holder.

Do you want to work in an Outstanding School? If so, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious, Progress and Attainment Co-ordinator to join our vibrant and successful English Faculty.at this College. If appointed you will teach across key stages 3 and 4 and have responsibility for developing intervention strategies and tracking progress of a Year Group. You will be guided and supported by the Head of Faculty and Deputy Head of Faculty in developing this role. You will be a working in a College where teachers, who working as a team, are determined to develop and further improve the teaching of all subjects for all abilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for you, as an effective practitioner, to take your first steps of promotion and to shape and develop your own career and that of your colleagues within a highly supportive College environment. You will be provided with the best resourcing and a programme of professional development that will enable our learners to access consistently good and outstanding teaching.
