JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting people with their development and can give coaching and support to learners. To act as a key link between all aspects of the curriculum and Learner Journey Team, working with learners
and teachers to ensure that the curriculum is holistic, personalised and learners are fully supported to achieve their goals
Your desire to help and support learners as well as embark on a coaching career journey will be of great value to our team and the brilliant individuals learning with us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working as part of the delivery team
Support Learners with any pastoral care & programme support needs.
Providing guidance and support to ensure learners personal development.
Support SEN learners.
Acting as the primary link with parents/careers; building relationships with parents/careers to
ensure that they are aware of the progress made
Play a key role within the learner’s initial assessment process during learner induction.
Monitor progress and encourage learner engagement on a weekly basis.
Organise and maintain documentation on learner progress
Attend team meetings/staff training/advice days/nights as required.
An understanding of Safeguarding including Prevent and Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation will also be required.
You will be an enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference to the progress and learning experience for our young learners at USP College. Delivering a supportive and encouraging environment with the ability and desire to motivate students to achieve the highest possible learning outcomes is essential.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Honours Degree or Diploma
Experienced industry based individuals will be considered
Previous experience working in an education setting would be an advantage but not essential
