Applications are invited for a non-teaching Progress Leader (HOY) for September 2024. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced pastoral specialist wishing to develop their career within an outstanding academy, to make a transformational difference to the lives of our young people.
You will be an empathetic, engaging, inspiring and positive leader who will embody the Academy’s values of Love, Hope and Trust and will support our young people and their families to ensure they are able to reach their God-given potential. The candidate
As Progress Leader will lead a group of Coaches to deliver the enrichment and Personal Development programme, including our faith and CEIAG strategy. You will also deliver Progress Leader assemblies and oversee detentions, on a weekly basis.
