About the Role

The Pastoral Support Team at Pendleton is a highly skilled team that works with students and parents to overcome barriers to learning. They provide pastoral support for students on A-Level, Level Three Vocational and a small number of Level Two Vocational courses.  

 You will work as part of the pastoral Support Team with the close monitoring of student attendance and will work towards ensuring that all students achieve a high level of attendance. Through closely working with students, staff and parents you will be required to mentor the students to overcome any barriers and consequently improved education outcomes.  

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to produce and analyse data, report on findings and implement strategies to help students meet the college’s high expectations of attendance and performance.
