Progress Support Assistant (Level 3)

Salary:         

Grade 5-6 (dependant on experience)

Contract:      

Term time only plus 5 additional training days, 37 hours per week

The role:

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & friendly Level 3 Progress Support Assistant at Sirius Academy West to assist in the planning, development and implementation of curriculum activities and to provide support to students. 

Please see job description for principal accountabilities, which include assist in the development of schemes of work including differentiation, lead and implement intervention activities, mentor students, provide pastoral, emotional and bereavement support, liaise with external agencies and attend meetings when required.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal sensitively with young people.
