Hours: Part time, 3 days a week, Term Time only (38 weeks + 3 additional days)

We are seeking a Progress Tutor to play a key role contributing to the development of student support through raising aspiration and performance and helping to build ambition, confidence and resilience in young people. 

The team of Progress Tutors is central to the College and to the establishment and maintenance of a culture of hard work, success, resilience, and target achievement.

As a Progress Tutor you will work in a diverse range of ways with students including goal-setting, monitoring achievement and attendance and motivational coaching. You will be expected to liaise with parents, Subject Teachers, Heads of Faculty and Senior Progress Tutors. 

You will also support, challenge and motivate students in all aspects of their learning journey.
