Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 2 working weeks

Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague for the role of Progress Tutor. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to provide high quality and personalised pastoral support to the young people of the College, with the overall objective of securing the best possible academic outcomes for all students.

The ideal applicant will have:

·      A relevant level 3 qualifications, or willing to work towards.

·      Experience of offering information, advice and guidance to young people.

·      The ability to form meaningful relationships with young people in the 16-19 age range.
