Job overview

  This is an exciting new role which has the goal of raising student participation levels in sport and physical activities by being a strong advocate for sports development within the College and Local Community. The role has a focus on underrepresented groups, such as BAME, students from low Socio-economic backgrounds and students with learning difficulties or differences. 

Candidates will hold a level 4 qualification in Sport Development and proven experience of developing, promoting and implementing activity and enrichment programmes in one or more of the following areas:

· Leisure and Sports, Community or Residential Centres

· FE or HE Institutions

In addition to this you will have good interpersonal skills together with the ability to work with different teams and initiate professional relationships, both internally and externally.
