Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure project goals align with the school's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 4 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
