Job overview

This is an exciting new therapist post at Bradfield College. 

The post holder will be part of a well-established Talking Therapies Team, working closely with the lead Clinical Psychologist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and four highly skilled Counsellors. They will also work alongside the Medical Centre Team and the College’s Pastoral Team (including Boarding House staff and Safeguarding Lead).

The post holder will provide a therapeutically effective, high-quality service to the pupils of the College, alongside assisting with the team’s administrative governance that underpins the service provision.

The Psychotherapist will plan, deliver and evaluate evidence based therapeutic interventions to pupils, and will also assist with triage, and other admin responsibilities. They will contribute to wellbeing promotion and other initiatives required by the College.  

This is a term time only role, plus 2 weeks, and the working hours are 20 – 40 hours per week.

Shift timings and days are flexible, from Monday – Friday, with scope for early evening hours (if desired).
