The Public Service department at South Staffordshire College requires a part time teacher on a fixed term basis commencing April 2018 to support the delivery of both our BTEC L2 and L3 Public Services courses at our Tamworth Campus.
This is a great opportunity for an inspirational and ambitious teacher with previous experience of teaching on Public Service courses to support the college as part of our dedicated and committed team. You will need to deliver aspects of BTEC courses such as citizenship, custodial care & major incidents.
The successful applicant will have relevant academic qualifications and/or experience in the uniformed services, a full teaching qualification (PGCE or DTTLS) together with significant experience of teaching on BTEC courses and experience of the quality and marking practices, and looking to show innovation passion towards developing technologies.
