Pupil Data, Assessment and Examinations Manager

Sancton Wood School is a successful and thriving independent school in the heart of Cambridge.  

We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Pupil Data and Examinations Manager, ideally from an educational background, to support the Data and Examinations functions at Sancton Wood School. You will report directly to the Deputy Principal Academic, providing data management and analysis with a focus on assessment tracking and reporting.

The successful candidate will have strong data management experience, the ability to work on their own initiative and a positive and proactive approach. The ability to communicate data clearly and concisely with a range of individuals, excellent organisational skills combined and the ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines is essential.

The Pupil Data and Examinations Manager works closely with the Deputy Principal and the Examinations Administrator, and is a key user of our Management Information System (MIS). They are responsible for developing and enhancing the use of the MIS across the School . Experience of using ISAMS would be an advantage but if you have experience developing and using alternative platforms, we can provide full specialist training.

The Pupil Data and Examinations Manager is responsible for the data and examinations within Sancton Wood School. The Pupil Data and Examinations Manager leads the team consisting of an Examinations Administrator, who are joined by Examination Invigilators during the exam seasons.
