Job overview
Working in partnership with secondary schools, Navigate provides an individual package of additional support and education for young people whilst the young person remains on the school roll. We have a team of Teachers and Senior Social Care Officers who support the young people during their time at Navigate.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled teacher to join this strong team. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to build relationships and engage with young people and show that they fully understand the values and principles of a Curriculum for Excellence. You must demonstrate high ambitions for yourself and our young people, be committed and passionate in supporting them in achieving, in addition to increasing their educational attainment and employability skills.
